Our focus is to help individuals heal and energize, while increasing their awareness of their inner strengths, energies, and life purpose. We achieve this collaboratively by individualizing Dr. Pam's eclectic treatment model for mind-body-spirit balance.
Our unique OCD Skills Training Program ©2021 teaches evidenced-based skills that balance the mind, body and spirit while neutralizing symptoms of OCD, rendering them irrelevant to one's life journey.
